This website is operated by SoKind ApS and the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” used throughout this site refer to SoKind ApS. All information, tools and services available through our website is conditioned by your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

Our Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the site, including, but not limited to, users who are browsers, customers, and/ or contributors of content. When visiting our site and/ or purchasing our products, you engage in our Service and agree to our Terms & Conditions.

Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions you are agreeing not to use our products or the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose or violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

You may not transmit any viruses or worms or any code of destructive nature.

Any violation or breach of these Terms & Conditions can result in an immediate termination of the Services.

Products or Services

The essential characteristics of the product or the Service are disclosed. For further information and details you can contact us at hello@sokind.com. Our products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

We have made every effort to display the colours and images of our products as accurately as possible. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change any time without notice, at the direction of SoKind. We reserve the right to discontinue or limit the quantities of any product or Service at any time.

We reserve the right, but are not obliged, to limit the sales of products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction at any time and on a case-by-case basis.

Price and the Service

Product prices are subject to change without notice. Any price is only valid on the day and time of ordering and the buyer will be charged the price valid on the day and time of the order.

All prices shown are incl. VAT.

We furthermore reserve the right at any time and without notice to modify or discontinue the Service - and any part hereof. We are not liable to you or any third party for any price change, modification, or discontinuance of the Service.

Order and Payment

Any use of the Service and order from sokind.com does not constitute a binding acceptance, but an offer to SoKind to purchase the item under these Terms. A binding agreement between the customer and SoKind is only concluded when the offer has been accepted by SoKind in an Order Confirmation.

The account information entered when purchasing products is transferred encrypted (SSL), and only you and the Payment Service Provider will have access to this information. No other party will ever see or be able to store your private payment information. Credit card payments will be deducted from your account as soon as the goods are departed from our warehouse.

We accept Visa Card and Mastercard from all countries.

You agree to update your account and other information, including your contact information and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Disclaimer of Warranties

In no case shall SoKind be liable for direct or indirect loss as a result of the products ordered arriving late at your address or the products ordered suffer from damages of any kind when the delay or errors are due to the customer’s act or omission or circumstances beyond our control, including, but not limited to, war, insurgency, unrest, fire, government intervention, seizures, currency restrictions, labor conflicts of all kinds, including strike and lockout or similar events.

You are required to check the products as soon as possible after receiving them. Any complaints must be made within a reasonable period after receiving the products. We do not provide a self-guarantee for any products ordered. You will only obtain the guarantee issued by the manufacturer.

We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of our products will be accurate or reliable. You agree that your use of the products is at your sole risk and that the products delivered to you through the Service are provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ for your use, without any representation, warranties, or guaranteed conditions of any kind.

Delivery Time

We strive to process and send all orders within 1 - 2 business days after the purchase on the Site has been made and with delivery between 4 - 8 business days for all items in stock.

Your goods will be delivered safely and securely. If you have consented to the product being placed without a signature, you agree that SoKind cannot be held liable for lost or damaged products upon delivery.

Product shipping charges will be tracked and stated in the purchase process.

Cancellation and Return

If you have changed your mind or are not happy with our products, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after your purchase. From the day we receive your cancellation you have 14 days to return the product. As soon as we have received the returned package at our warehouse we will refund your order. It usually takes around 1-7 business days for the payment to be visible on your account.

Furthermore, you are covered with a two year guarantee for faulty goods. This covers goods that are defective according to current consumer legislation.

The returned package must be unopened and appear unused. If the returned item(s) do not appear unopened and unused we reserve the right to reduce the refund. You must pay for the shipping cost on the returned package, unless the return is due to a mistake from our side. Kindly send a photo of the postal receipt for verification and proof that the package has been returned to us

As soon as we have received the returned item(s) we will process the refund to your account.

If you wish to claim an error on an ordered product, please contact us at hello@sokind.com as soon as you have discovered the damaged product(s).

Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy described how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from http://www.sokind.com (the “Site”).

We automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device, when you visit the Site. We refer to this information as “Device Information”.

Additionally, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, IP address, payment information, email address, and phone number, when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site. We refer to this information as “Order Information”. All electronic payments are secured with encrypted methods. We may use Facebook and other Site connection methods and utilize your personal data to better your individual SoKind experience. We take your privacy seriously and abide by all Facebook terms, policies and agreements. Your data is kept secure and no actions are taken on your behalf without prior permission.

Optionally, you can subscribe with your email address to our mailing list at the Site to receive news and other information curated by us. This service can be subscribed and unsubscribed at any time, as desired. Cf. The Personal Data Act, we provide information on request, and by any objections, we make deletion to the extent desired. The CEO and the employees of SoKind Aps have access to the information that is registered about you. As registered with SoKind ApS, you are always entitled to object to the registration. You also have the right to understand what information is logged about you. These rights are under the Personal Data Act.

We may update and change this Privacy Policy from time to time and without any notice to reflect changes to our Service, practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.

Cookie Policy

Our data policy is a high priority and we want to treat your data with transparency making it clear for you how we treat your personal information. For this reason you can read below how we treat and protect your personal data, what we use it for, and who has access to the information. We collect information about all visitors at the Site to better your individual experience, to evaluate how specific elements are used, and to support our marketing.

The collection of your personal data at the Site is done in compliance with standing legislation and the EU General Data Protection Regulation EU (GDPR). Your IP-address and all data relating to your navigation process between the various pages and services on the Site is automatically registered by http://www.sokind.com. If you choose to subscribe to our newsletter, and when you log in it will also be processed. Additionally, we use Google Analytics to measure certain traffic on the Site.

The information available to us about the user stem from the following items:

Cookies enable us to collect your IP-address when you visit our site, as well as the choices you make, which items you place in your basket and the clicks you have made. Likewise, when you make a purchase we access information about demographic data, your favorite products, mail address, payment details, how often you make a purchase, and the time and date. The above mentioned user data is used for the following purposes. In customer services we use your data as a means to answer your questions regarding active or previous orders and correct any mistakes. Furthermore, this information enables us to better show you products on offer and personal recommendations, and better your customer experience. We comply with our legal obligations when you place an order on the Site - this applies in the instance of purchase, invoicing and customer services. At all times we do our best to prevent fraud and at the same time make risk assessment.

We have no control of how these data are processed by the owners of the third party components, seen as this is strictly between you and the owner of the third party component. We use these components to ensure an easier path to our social media and being able to link directly.

Additionally, we also use several technical cookies to ensure greater functionality on our website.

Is it possible to avoid cookies?

You can at all times block all cookies, delete existing cookies or get a notification prior to storing a cookie. If we estimate that the request received is a repeated objection without any valid reason, involves a major technical intervention, affects the personal data of others or that it is detrimental, we can reject the request. Should you wish to make a complaint about the processing of your personal data, you are fully entitled to submit your complaint to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Protection of your personal data

It is our legal obligation to store your personal data in a secure and confidential manner. However, we are not able to obtain 100 % security in that others may unrightfully gain access to data transferred on the internet. This means that you provide your personal data at your own risk. We will erase and update your personal data on an ongoing basis.
