Skin Care Products
It is crucial to us that you are satisfied with your skincare products. If this is not the case, please let us know. All you need to do is send an email to us within 30 days of your purchase at hello@sokind.com and explain why you are not satisfied with your purchase, and we will promptly address your request.

Hair Products
Our studies shows that 5 months of consistent use of Pure Growth is needed in order to see the potential of the expected results. Therefore, you will not be able to claim your Happiness Guarantee until it’s been 5 months since  you received your Hair Growth Set. You can request your guarantee by contacting us at hello@sokind.com and explaining why you are not satisfied with your purchase, and we will ensure your request is handled.
